Maciej Marcjanik – CEO
Founder of WBS Power, active in the renewable energy sector since 2009, pioneering development of Polish green energy market. Creator and former CEO of ProjektSolartechnik S.A. with operations in several EU countries, where he successfully delivered 1 GW of projects and developed a 9.5 GW portfolio. After existing ProjektSolartechnik S.A. to Grenevia S.A. in 2024, he focused on developing WBS Power.
Hubert Bojdo – CFO
Entrepreneur, C-level executive, and investor with experience in corporate finance and investment banking. Proven track record in executive and non-executive roles across Polish and international companies, spanning multiple industries and markets.
Has served as a Supervisory Board member in numerous private and publicly listed companies as Projekt Solartechnik S.A., Avia Solution Group A.S., Voxel S.A., Mirbud S.A. and Internity S.A.
